Looks like I'll be the one to own this underdog saw :) I'm a rookie DIY, so I decided I needed a no frills Rec Saw. I rec'd it, the package had damaged it route on in but everything was intact. Fired it up and chewed much wood with no problems. Haven't tried metal yet (comes with 2 blades). I would have given 5 stars, but I haven't ran it for more than 10 mins yet, but it looks very promising. Plenty of power, a good buy, fairly sturdy build.
